Megan is a Licensed Master Social Worker and Certified Dementia Care Practitioner who has worked with many different populations and advocated for people in a variety of difficult circumstances. Megan got into the world of social work because she’s always had a heart for helping others and has been working as a therapist for the past few years. As a therapist, Megan has learned to face challenges head on and be comfortable with the uncomfortable conversations. She is opening a branch of Senior Home Transitions in Nashville because she watched her mother (Patti Naiser) make such a difference in the lives of the people she works with. Megan has lived in Nashville for the past 7 years and has observed the same needs that her mother saw in Louisville around 10 years ago. Having a front seat to her mother building Senior Home Transitions from the ground up and gaining the knowledge needed to help seniors have the best life possible gave Megan the determination to do the same for those in her community. Being a therapist gives Megan the necessary skills needed to advocate for seniors and help families and their loved ones through this phase of life. Megan is looking forward to helping families choose the best placement for their loved ones and make this often overwhelming and confusing transition as smooth as possible.
