I moved my mother from Florida to Atria Springdale about five months ago. The staff at Atria immediately made mom feel welcomed, and engage with her and all other residents on a daily basis. Daily scheduled activities provide a great opportunity for mom to engage with other residents, and have had a tremendous impact on her overall well being. Transportation provided to outings for lunch, shopping and other activities is a blessing for the residents who no longer drive. The staff is responsive to any questions or needs that I or my mother may have, and they are always happy to assist. Mom and our entire family are very pleased with Atria experience.read more

I've worked here since march of 2018. It is a great place that feels like home. Staff and residents are my family here and even on the worst days you will leave with a smile. I remember on my moms death anniversary I dreaded making myself get up and go but I came into work and the residents and staff came together to make me smile and laugh all day. They keep me going!! I've had the privilege of touring Atria Springdale before a speaking engagement for their residents. All I can say is WOW! Over the years, I have been in numerous facilities across Kentucky. My grandma lived at this Atria location and my family loved it. The staff was always friendly and helpful. My grandma loved all the activities, especially poker, bingo, and exercise. Atria Springdale is phenomenal and the only place I trust with my mother. We have been so fortunate to have found this loving, caring, beautiful facility for the last few years. It is truly like home. The attentive staff cares for the residents like they are their own family, we have been beyond pleased with the level of personal care. The meals are fantastic, the activities are fun and engaging, and they really foster a sense of community. My father has been living at Atria Springdale for several years. He has done well overall, but has had some challenges. I have found the Atria Springdale staff to be very helpful, especially when Dad struggles. Many times Linda and Dolores, two women who work nights on the second floor where my Dad lives, have called to alert me to some kind of problem Dad is having. Their concern is obvious in their voices. Since they care for my Dad and see him so often they recognize when something is amiss. They definitely deserve pats on the back for what they do.read more
