She assessed his needs and set him up with home healthcare in the interim, then proceeded to looking for just the right place for him. She was spot on! He now has medication assistance, three meals a day, housekeeping and social interaction. Joy's experience made this transition as painless as possible! She was a lifesaver to our friend.

I can't say enough good things about this service. My parents had been stubbornly refusing to move out of their home in Lexington until it was almost too late, and things that should have taken place over a few months had to be compressed into a few weeks. Ashley helped me identify assisted living/memory care facilities, set up and accompanied me on tours, helped me navigate all the forms and then, at crunch time, personally drove a form over to my mother's Dr's office and pressed them on the urgency to get it signed, and then personally drove the form over to the facility in Nicholasville we'd selected. My mom and dad are pretty ill, but the help I got from Ashley and Senior Home Transitions was epic and got my family the best possible outcome under the circumstances.

Patti Naiser was AMAZING for our family when trying to find a place for my mom. Our situation was uniquely challenging for many reasons, notably that all four siblings live in different states. We had to move my mom quickly during a difficult medical crisis for my mom, and then had to move her again a few months later because of financial issues. Where do I begin with Joy and Patti? I will first say I could not do all this without their help. They helped me get my mom placed in assisted living asap and helped me find a mover the same week. They even go above and beyond and drove my mom from rehab to the assisted living house. But prior to all of this I hired Joy to go in and check on my mom in her home during the lockdown in 2020 because I live out of state. She assessed my mom and we agreed she wouldn't be going anywhere just yet. When I called Joy crying from California that my mom had fell and was in the hospital she gingerly told me this is moms time to stop living alone and she would help me one step at a time. I am still in the early stages with my mama but Joy and Patti continue to be so supportive to me and anytime I have a question they pick up the phone to comfort and reassure me. Nurse Joy has made one of the most difficult and hectic parts of my life easier in a number of ways. She has a knowledge not only of the process, but of the types of behaviors patients will exhibit. She is kind and empathic -- I always felt heard and comforted by her advice. I initially was wary of the help, but I was proven to be so wrong -- I would have had a much harder time without her help. Honestly, anyone is welcome to even message me directly and ask questions. I can't say enough good about the help provided by their service.

Patti is a lifesaver! I had only a couple days to find a new place for my 92 year old father who has dementia. Patti got him assessed and placed in 2 days!
